Dan Dungan is the Executive Chairman of Springfield Electric Supply, a closely held family wholesale distribution company for electrical products. He is also Chairman of Ronk Electrical Industries, a global manufacturer of electrical products. Dan is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
Dan is active on many civic and professional boards. He is Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Electrical Distributors. Dan is Board Chairman of the Springfield Sangamon Growth Alliance, an economic development corporation. Dan’s service includes Chairing the Board of Directors of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity Education Foundation. He has been a longtime member of the Springfield YMCA Board of Trustees, spearheading the fundraising efforts for a second YMCA.
Dan is also an accomplished endurance athlete. He is a world-ranked amateur age-group triathlete with podium finishes at 21 completed Ironman triathlons.
Dan and his wife, Carolyn, reside in Springfield, Illinois.
