Joe Kulek

When Joe joined Henson Robinson as Chief Financial Officer in 2018, he brought along not only stellar credentials in accounting and finance but also a knowledge of the industry in which Henson Robinson operates. During his 14-year career at Sikich, a top 30 CPA firm in the nation, Joe worked with commercial clients, including those in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and distribution. He also served as Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s construction and real estate team, providing him extensive experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. In March of 2021, Joe moved into the position of President of Henson Robinson Company.

Joe is active in the community and in the industry, serving on boards and participating in many groups and organizations, including the United Way of Central Illinois, Central Illinois Builders. Associated General Contractors of Illinois, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association.
